OMG!!!!! i started the penguin chat and it is so bad compared to clubpenguin! There is no moderators or anything so it can get bad! You just write your penguins name and choose your penguin out of like 4 outfits! You might want to sign up!?!?!?! It is ok i guess! Remember to come to my birthdaybash! I am going to make a new banner with some penguin chat penguins!
